Welcome Back! Term 1 2026 Commences

Today marked our "unofficial official first day" of the 2026 academic year. With extreme weather conditions, families were given the option to keep children home if able, making for a calmer and quieter start to the morning, but one still filled with smiles, excitement and reconnecting.

Our Primary students enjoyed some outdoor play before 9am to burn off energy before settling into fun indoor activities for the day. We were delighted to welcome a few new families, including some of our new Foundation students.

In Secondary, students gathered in our brand new Multi-Purpose Centre for icebreakers and get-to-know-you activities. The day included rotations of soccer and volleyball in the morning, followed by karaoke and a movie in the afternoon, a perfect way to ease back into school on a hot day!

Secondary Orientation Week kicks off properly tomorrow with a full and exciting program, including locker allocations, homeroom connections, an introduction to our Flourish Program, House System initiation for new students, and finishing the week strong with a House Spirit Tournament and House Dodgeball Competition this Friday.

We’re looking forward to welcoming all students back on campus tomorrow, Wednesday 28 January, as we officially begin our formal academic program for 2026. Stay cool today!
