VCAA Chief Examination Supervisor

Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Victoria) Ltd is seeking a VCAA Chief Examination Supervisor to join the team at Mernda Hills Christian College. This is a casual position, with an expected start date of 6th March 2025.

As an Exam Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring exams are conducted in accordance with VCAA guidelines, maintaining a secure and supportive testing environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration and conduct of VCE external assessments
  • Ensure compliance with exam protocols, including security and student behaviour
  • Maintain accurate records, including attendance rolls and seating plans
  • Provide a calm and organised exam environment
  • Follow child safety and OH&S requirements

About you:

  • A reliable and organised professional with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow procedures and work collaboratively with school staff
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Hold a valid Working With Children Check
