Assistant Examination Supervisor

Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Victoria) Ltd is seeking an Assistant Examination Supervisor to join the team at Mernda Hills Christian College. This is a casual position.

As an Assistant Exam Supervisor, you will be responsible to assist the Chief Supervisor in carrying out exam supervision responsibilities as required by VCAA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarising themselves with the procedures for the conduct and administration of VCE external assessments
  • Familiarising themselves with the specific emergency procedures in place during VCE external assessments
  • Ensuring they have a clear understanding of the provisions for any student with approved Special Examination Arrangements
  • Maintaining, within the school’s established guidelines, proper order, and discipline among students
  • Follow child safety and OH&S requirements

About you:

  • A reliable and organised professional with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow procedures and work collaboratively with school staff
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Hold a valid Working With Children Check
