Mernda Hills Christian College is seeking enthusiastic Secondary and Primary Teachers to join the supportive team at the College as tutors.
The College is offering both casual and fixed-term contracts, with positions commencing Term 1, 2024.
Tutors will support the learning needs of students in classroom, group and one-to-one settings. They will work in collaboration with classroom teachers, using their specialised knowledge and skills to address any gaps in student learning.
Applicants must be either:
A teacher currently registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
A teacher with VIT ‘Permission to Teach’ (Teacher Tutor)
Retired teachers with ‘Permission to Teach’ status
Teachers with specialisations in numeracy and literacy-related fields are particularly desirable
