Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Victoria) Ltd is seeking dedicated Secondary Teachers to join our supportive and enthusiastic team at Mernda Hills Christian College. The teaching role is open to graduates, providing a fantastic opportunity to begin or grow your teaching career in a supportive environment

Current Openings:

  • Secondary Maths/PE Teacher (0.4 FTE, permanent - commencing Term 1, 2025)
  • Learning Support Coordinator (0.3 FTE, permanent - commencing Term 1, 2025)

Applicants are welcome to apply for these roles individually or as a combined position.

Requirements of the role:

  • Bachelor of Education
  • Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching

The classroom teacher plans, prepares and teaches programs to achieve specific student outcomes and is accountability for the effective delivery of their programs. An integral aspect of the planning is to embed the characteristics and values of the Seventh-day Adventist school system in all aspects of learning and teaching.
