Seventh-Day Adventist Schools Victoria Ltd is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Diploma/Certificate III Educators to join the Early Learning team at Mernda Hills Christian College Early Learning Centre. The ELC is part of Mernda Hills Christian College, which provides co-educational learning from Kindergarten through to Year 12. We have both Full-Time and Part-Time positions available commencing from 5 January 2026.

Mernda Hills Christian ELC is a nurturing, inclusive, Christian Early Education and Care service that provides high-quality long day care with an integrated Kindergarten program for 3 - 5-year-olds. Our focus is to create the foundation for lifelong learning through innovative, creative, and child-focused teaching practices.

We are looking for passionate, dynamic Early Childhood Educators to support the wonder, delight and intrigue of childhood through planned and spontaneous experiences that inspire children to ask questions, investigate, challenge themselves and build friendships. At Mernda Hills Christian College ELC, we use a play-based educational program that is supported with inquiry-based learning, co-constructed by children and Educators with families input incorporating school readiness and individual children's development.
